I had a whole tupperware container full of blackberries leftover in the freezer and so with the power of Google searched around for a good bread recipe. Martha Stewart provided the best recipe and I was quite happy with the outcome!
Here is the recipe. I definitely used too many blackberries and mine was less marbled and more glazed.....but still delicious!

| The last few steps are to alternate batter and blackberry puree, but I had too much puree and not enough batter. Some burned on the edges, but it was still tasty. Next time: over mix the batter and puree to marbleize. |

| I also baked a pink lemonade cake for GNO with the River City ladies. I had a LOT of cake, so I made a heart on the top. It is from a box. |
